Browser Support

Acsellerate is committed to providing the highest level of support for our applications. Part of that support includes continually adapting to various browser updates and version releases as they occur. 

We support the two most recent versions of each following browsers:

We officially support the current and previous major releases of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we will begin making adjustments to support that version and will stop supporting the third most recent version. At times, browsers may advance very quickly, but we work diligently to ensure we can support you as needed. 

Beginning January 1st, 2014 Acsellerate will no longer support Internet Explorer 8. This change is consistent with other SaaS vendors who have already stopped supporting older browsers including IE8. Organisations that utilise this older version of IE may want to consider a dual browser strategy. Please work with your system administrator to determine how to use a supported browser within your organisation.
